I have been a Take 5 Customer for approximately 11 years now visiting locations routinely in Louisiana, Texas, New Mexico, & Utah specifically. I have been very loyal to the brand in general. I typically bring my own Royal Purple Racing Oil & Oil Filter for my 2015 Toyota Camry & Pay the Cost to Perform. This specific location is the best location I have visited in those 11 years. I had a job interview in approximately 1-hr and they got me in/out very fast/quickly with a number of other cars also in line. I talked to a guy initially who offered me fruit gummies/cold water, that’s a 1st on the gummies, props, and he reminded me of an old friend, also pumped air into the tires, super nice. Then Daniel came along & we got talking & I firmly believe God puts certain people in your life at the right moment & it was really uplifting to talk to him about Trucking & Life. I needed that before my Big Trucking Interview. Then another smoothe cool young gentleman performed the oil change with precision & super fast communicating w/Daniel. The girl came over to help too & Finally the Manager came over just to check if Everything was Performed Up to Expectations/Satisfaction, in Timeframe, as Expected. That’s Teamwork, Everyone Knowing Their Duties/Role & Communicating Beautifully. As someone in Operations, it was Beautiful to watch the Synchronicity. A++ Great Job To EveryOne! 🙏🏻💞

I went to get my emissions and tags and they were all so nice. The kid asked if I wanted to see my air filter, so I said sure. He came back and said it was in great shape. That other place that sounds like Dippy Tube would have said it was toast and I needed a new one. Honesty for me is a game changer. I will be going back there again. I also thought it was cool seeing a Lady working in the shop and they were having so much fun but working their asses off. Great experience.

Best place for a stress vehicle free oil change with fluid checks, tire pressure checks and adding air to tires that need it, and even better very informative offers for other services with appropriate level of sales without any exaggerations or misrepresentations. The experience was very relaxing, stayed in the car, they gave me a chilled bottle of water and a small snack packet to enjoy while I waited. The personnel were all very friendly, they all enjoyed their work and made me feel like a very valued customer. This is how an oil change should be done. Great prices, great pertinent questions to me to ascertain service needs. I did a fully synthetic oil change.
