First time at Take 5. Guys were friendly and accommodating. Got handed two cold waters before we even pulled in. Price is about or a little more than what I've paid at other spots. I was really impressed with their system to ensure work was completed properly and safely. Similar to how the military does aircraft work, one person does the work and another person runs a checklist to make sure nothing gets missed. A final pressure/leak check at the end and you're on your way. This should help prevent those horror stories of customers driving away with a loose oil plug. Military/vets and I believe first responders get a 20% discount. Which is certainly appreciated. I'd be comfortable sending a family member over here for service.
I always have impeccable service from this location. Today they were absolutely swamped and I still got top-notch service. All of the techs are great the main name I remember is Gina and she always helps me with any questions or problems I might have with my car even helped me get my check engine light off of my dash from a mass airflow sensor problem. Great service great price, I’m very pleased with my service!!
It wasn’t as quick as I expected since they were pretty busy, but the workers did a great job communicating and keeping me informed throughout the process. The new manager was also very professional. I asked a question, and instead of being rude or dismissive, she was super informative and took the time to explain why they had implemented a new process. I really appreciated that! I would definitely go back and recommend them to others! 🙌🏻
