Gina is superwoman! Give her a big raise! She was alone, providing service in 105°heat! Even though she was servicing vehicles alone, she was quick to come out when we pulled in to provide us waters, giving us a timed estimate in which we received service quicker than quoted. We watched her provide speedy service with a smile as sweat poured from her brow! Other customers were rude to her and she didn't flinch or sour! She maintained her polite demeanor, excellent professionalism, and continued providing service with urgency!
The team greeted me with a water bottle and quickly got me checked in so they could start my oil change. They checked all air filters and told me all about their different tiers for oil changes. After picking my oil of choice they checked my wiper blades, filled my washer fluid and even showed me the dip stick to see where my oil level is now. They were friendly fast and treated me with respect. As a woman I get nervous going to places when it comes to my car because of the atmosphere but I was comfortable here and had AMAZING service!!!! If I could give 10 stars I would!
I had an issue with an employee that added the wrong oil to my vehicle but I brought it back and talked to Gina, she was very understanding and she helped fix the issue with a new oil change. My truck is running better, Thank you Miss Gina
