We just bought a home in Victoria and this is the first time I’ve been to this establishment or any Take 5, but definitely not the last. Minimal wait time. Knowledgeable crew. Ryan showed me each part being taken off and put on my vehicle. The team on duty was professional, courteous, and trained exceptionally well.
It was great. Everything was explained and no up selling. They showed us the air filter said it was good, asked if we knew where the cabin filter was located. We told that we changed it ourselves, they said good. We were in and out in no time. Very professional, courteous and friendly service. We got the oil change.
