Really quick and went above and beyond what I expected. While checking my in cab air filter found that wasn't one great catch plus bought windshield wipers and got the RainX brand and the technician explained to use my windshield washer for approximately 3 minutes so the wipers would put a protective water bead protectant on my windshield great communication. Thanks Take 5 Victoria Texas for your awesome service wonderful experience
I recently came in for an oil change and unfortunately experienced a bit of an issue with my service. However, the store manager Marcos personally called me back to address the situation. They took complete ownership of the problem, listened to my concerns, and immediately made things right. It is rare to see this level of accountability and excellent customer service these days. Because of the quick response and how professionally it was handled, I will definitely be back.Thank you for valuing your customers!
I had a great experience when I stopped in today for an oil change and overall check. The staff were patient with me, showed me all the dirty filters so I could make the choice to swap them out or not, and gave 5 star service. EV even went to get a little scanning device to check what codes my "check engine" lights were signaling. The entire group was extremely attentive and respectful. Every time they needed to enter my vehicle they asked for permission.
