Combat Veteran here. Bottom line: This location is an outstanding Take 5. All of the staff were extremely professional. I was immediately offered water and guided to the fastest bay. Everyone was in uniform and handled their business well! I was in and out, no problem. Big Boss Jeff fixed my specific problem easily and Orlando was an outstanding Tech. Both kept great attitudes in this horrendous stank-wet heat. If more places operated on this standard of excellence our society would be safer. Thank you for coming to my TED Talk.
Ian was the tech that helped me. He showed me my radiator dipstick (2020 Ram) and showed me the dark residue even though there was barely any fluid. He knew the recommendation for my vehicle and said he would fill it and to keep a flush in mind for the future. I knew I was having trouble since it smelled like it was overheating at times. I had them flush and fill but no one pressured me for that service or anything. He asked me to stop by periodically so they could help keep an eye on it for free. They were quick, professional, and no pressure for extras. Thanks Ian!
Orlando and his partner were SO awesome- I pulled up and was immediately approached with info on the wait and a bottle of water. They walked me through my options and gave me advice for my brand new car. I really appreciate their patience and help. Super kind and knowledgeable guys - I'll definitely come back in 6k miles!
