I had a great experience at Take 5 in Texas City. Sam was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to help me figure out an issue with my car, even though I ultimately didn’t end up getting an oil change. Sam took the time to listen, answer my questions, and help me understand what was going on with my vehicle. Angel was awesome as well, and the entire staff was friendly, professional, and helpful. It’s refreshing to come across honest people who genuinely care about helping customers instead of just making a sale. I definitely appreciate the whole team for taking care of me. Highly recommend this Take 5 location! Great staff, honest service, and amazing customer care. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
My first time here! While not used to stay in my car while they do their thing I think it's great. You're there for them to tell you about everything they're doing. I went in for and oil change and inspection but also wanted to have the coolant flushed and changed. They were telling me I could go when I mentioned that I was concerned that I had never changed the coolant in my car. They asked questions, determined that not having it changed in over 10 years was way past the recommended time and proceeded to change it! It was a good experience and will go back when I need their services...
Take 5 Oil Change is one of the business that I know who has honest Technician. The young man inform me and showed me that my oil was still very clean. Two weeks before the Christmas holiday that was a blessing to receive the gift of honesty from the Technician instead of charging me $119 for a oil change that was not needed.
