Another fabulous experience. Even when they where short staffed. These guys are amazing. Handing out cold waters. Taking the time to talk to us. All with sweat dripping down thier heads. In this texas heat. My car was reading 106° F. Honestly the customer service is the main reason I keep coming back. Talking me through it all the oil used. The clean oil look. I always feel taken care of. Thank you very much. I will see you all in a few miles.
Drove up & Jeremiah greeted me with a cold bottled water. Gave me instructions on when to pull up. Met with Dakota & Paul. Dakota explained everything to me. Very helpful & kind. My hubby's recuperating from knee surgery. He sent me. I truly appreciated that because what do I know?... Had AC filter replaced as well. It was nasty! I totally feel the difference. Thanks again for A+ service guys! See ya next time...
Pleasurable experience. Diego was the servicemen whom helped me. I thought he was very thorough and he great friendly people skills. Even though it was extremely out and he was sweaty. I still saw him with a big smile greeting each customer. I also like how Take 5 will top off your oil in between services, no charge. Diego/ Take 5 also ensured my tire pressure was up to par as well. Would recommended and will be going back for my next oil change! 👍🏽
