Jacob was awesome. While witing he gave me a bottle of water. He took exceptional care of the other cars while we waited. We were guided into the shop. The oil change commenced. I didn't have to wade through a bunch of upsells and shenanigans. Jacob identified that having two young children in the car with meant I wanted to get out of there quickly. There was another young fella with him that was new who had clearly learned from a master. He was extremely pleasant, too. Service was slower than I would have hoped for, but due to having other cars to work on first. I had questions around the differences in price between oil change options. Jacob walked me through it in simple terms and didn't scoff when I went for the one of the mire budget friendly options. TL;DR Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Amazing attitudes. No pressure plays. Thanks fellas. We'll be back.
Another fabulous experience. Even when they where short staffed. These guys are amazing. Handing out cold waters. Taking the time to talk to us. All with sweat dripping down thier heads. In this texas heat. My car was reading 106° F. Honestly the customer service is the main reason I keep coming back. Talking me through it all the oil used. The clean oil look. I always feel taken care of. Thank you very much. I will see you all in a few miles.
Drove up & Jeremiah greeted me with a cold bottled water. Gave me instructions on when to pull up. Met with Dakota & Paul. Dakota explained everything to me. Very helpful & kind. My hubby's recuperating from knee surgery. He sent me. I truly appreciated that because what do I know?... Had AC filter replaced as well. It was nasty! I totally feel the difference. Thanks again for A+ service guys! See ya next time...
