Here's a glowing review for Teddy and their coworker: --- I can't say enough good things about Teddy and their coworker. I came in with a car issue right before a road trip, and they took the time to patiently walk me through exactly what was going on — no jargon, no rushing, just clear explanations I could actually understand. I had no clue who to see when the sensor came on. I made the right choice. They worked together to find a solution that got me back on the road safely and with real peace of mind. Their professionalism, patience, and genuine care made all the difference. I trust them completely, and I'd recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Thank you both for going above and beyond — this review is the least I can do show my appreciation.
I took my vehicle to Take 5 on San Pedro and Bitters. I want to thank Carlos, and Nate for the excellent service I received. They were friendly and professional. Carlos was very detailed in his explanation of the service I received. For every question I asked he took time t answer and explainedwhat was needed. He was very patient. I highly recommend this Take 5 on Bitters. BTW Carlos remembered me from before. EXCELLENT SERVICE 10+ stars 08.27.2026 Thank you guys for the wonderful service. They get 10+ stars from me.
Always a good experience at Take-5 on Bitters Rd here in San Antonio. The Mechanic was very conscientious. When they removed the plastic protective shield from underneath the car in order to change the oil filter they noticed several screws missing and a few mismatched screws when they put the panel back on they found the correct screws and replaced those that were missing at no cost. Great visit is always.
