Quick service, very professional. Got an oil change w/ new oil filter, new engine filter, new windshield wipers, and they even cleaned my windshield!! They were unable to change my transmission fluid as that is apparently not a service they offer BUT recommended me a place to get it done. Every service and charge was explained in detail, and I feel like its all fair pricing. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Overall, highly recommend for basic car maintenance.
Always so impressed with the great service. From the moment I arrived the staff greeted me with a cold water and pulled me right into the bay. The staff saw me quickly even though I was a random drive up customer.. Got my vehicle all replenished with fluid top offs and some air in my tires. Again I was offered water to go😊 They have such great customer service and I’m glad I changed to take5 services.
From the moment I arrived I was immediately greeted with a bottle of water. Every employee I interacted with was very polite. Each one asked if I needed more water. I waited about 10 minutes before the work started as two other cars were being finished up. 15 minutes later, the oil change was done and all fluids were topped off. The employee was great at explaining the different options and recommendations. I was not pressured into something unnecessary. I will definitely return.
