I took my vehicle in for an oil change and spoke with Chance. It was my first time at this location. After I gave him my information, he let me know that according to my records, I still had about 5,000 miles before my next oil change was due. I asked if he was sure and if he could check my oil because my vehicle was indicating that it needed an oil change. He checked it, showed me the oil, and explained that it was still clean and in good condition. He said that if the oil had been dark, he would have recommended an oil change. He also asked if the oil change reminder had been reset at the last location, and I told him I had done it myself. I really appreciate Chance’s honesty and professionalism. He could have easily sold me a service I didn’t need, but instead he took the time to explain everything and reassure me. Thank you, Chance! I’ll definitely be back and look forward to seeing you next time. This kind of honesty and customer service is what keeps customers coming back.
A highly recommended place to go to the team was amazing. Very pleasant, helpful And kind. They were quick to solve my issues and even brought me water in the hot weather. If you go ask for Ben, he knew what he was doing he solved my problems and even included upper management, who was also very helpful. Also Ben was very speedy at his job. I would definitely recommend This take five to my friends and family and to anybody that hasn’t experienced a take five before.
Very prompt service. The technicians were pleasant and well informed. The price was very reasonable. I’ll be back with other vehicles! Update: returned for another oil change. Timely service by Bella and David, who both were polite and efficient. No efforts were made by them to upsell service needs! Very professional!! Price was excellent due to sale. Will return here even though it’s farther away from home than competitors! 04/24/2026; update: Returned for another oil change today. Three technicians provided the service! They were nice, explained my auto situation clearly, and they were very efficient! I was out within 15 minutes, and the price was very reasonable! I’ll definitely be back!!
