I stopped by this Take 5 for an after work oil change, and was incredibly surprised how quick it actually was! David took the lead on getting my car in the bay, and got all of my information. He also let me know about my air filters, the recent changes to the oil my car needs, and was overall super knowledgeable about what I would need to keep my car running. Chance and James also were on stand by to help with servicing my car as quickly as possibly, and also were able to give advice on car maintenance. All three of them made a great team, and made the chore of an oil change into a much easier errand. I’ve been to a few different Take 5 locations, but will definitely make sure I prioritize this one!

Very prompt service. The technicians were pleasant and well informed. The price was very reasonable. I’ll be back with other vehicles! Update: returned for another oil change. Timely service by Bella and David, who both were polite and efficient. No efforts were made by them to upsell service needs! Very professional!! Price was excellent due to sale. Will return here even though it’s farther away from home than competitors! 04/24/2026; update: Returned for another oil change today. Three technicians provided the service! They were nice, explained my auto situation clearly, and they were very efficient! I was out within 15 minutes, and the price was very reasonable! I’ll definitely be back!! O9/09/2026; update Returned with a different vehicle today for routine oil change. Great service even though it was busier. Technicians were top flight. Price was reasonable. Very satisfied as before!!

I honestly cannot say enough good things about the Take 5 team, especially Ben and Chance. They absolutely went above and beyond for me today, and I am incredibly grateful for the way they treated me. I came in expecting to get my usual oil change, but I also explained that I’ve been having some issues with my vehicle, including it burning oil and some other concerns. After listening to everything I had going on and learning that I’m getting ready to have the engine resealed, Chance could have simply proceeded with the oil change and taken my money. Instead, he took the time to actually listen, understand the situation, and provide me with a much more practical solution since the oil would ultimately be changed again when the engine work was done anyway. That level of honesty, kindness, and genuine care meant more to me than I can really put into words. Chance was incredibly informative and patient, and I never once felt like I was being pressured into spending money. He truly took the time to educate me and help me make the best decision for my situation. I also want to specifically mention how impressed I was with their knowledge of my vehicle. I drive a Japanese/JDM vehicle with a unique build and a boxer engine, and unfortunately, I’ve had bad experiences in the past with technicians who weren’t familiar with how to properly navigate or service it because it doesn’t fit the mold of a typical vehicle. That was NOT the case here. Ben and Chance weren’t phased at all. They knew exactly what they were doing, knew where to look, and handled everything with confidence. As someone who drives a JDM vehicle, it was such a relief to be somewhere that was clearly knowledgeable and JDM-friendly. I’ve driven past this Take 5 location almost every day for the past four years because I work down the street, but today was actually my first time stopping in. I’m so glad I finally did. They were absolutely phenomenal, and the entire experience reminded me how much a little compassion, honesty, knowledge, and willingness to help can mean to someone. There have been a lot of difficult things going on in my life lately, so having someone show me that kind of kindness and consideration genuinely meant a lot to me. They didn’t just provide a service — they treated me like a person, listened to me, and helped me find a solution that made sense. Take 5 should be incredibly proud to have employees like Ben and Chance. In my opinion, they deserve a raise, company-wide recognition, and every bit of praise they can get. Employees like these are what make people want to come back and recommend a business to others. Thank you, Ben and Chance, for being honest, compassionate, knowledgeable, educational, and genuinely helpful. Words really don’t feel sufficient to express how grateful I am. You made a bigger difference for me today than you probably realize. ❤️ For anyone with a JDM vehicle who has ever worried about finding a shop that actually understands their car: I highly recommend giving this Take 5 location a visit.
