So, my husband usually takes our cars in for maintenance. This was my first time tagging along. I must say the team at Take 5 was kind, communicative, thorough and overall pleasant. The whole experience was so positive. So much so, I am looking forward to the next visit. Taking your car in for maintenance can sometimes feel intimidating or like a heavy task. Thank you to the Take 5 team for making this experience enjoyable. Would highly recommend!
Kaleb the store manager was wonderful. I have a diesel that takes specific oil. They had the oil, but plug was stuck from a previous company not installing it properly. He tried his best to get it off, but was unsuccessful. They did not charge me for any work even with going back several times due to hoping a different tool would work. I will be coming back once the company responsible for the incorrect plug is resolved for an oil change. Thank you!
I am rating all 5 stars. I came in last week for an oil change, it was close to closing, after a holiday weekend, I could tell it had been a long hot summer day. But I was greeted with a smile, a cold bottle of water, and a genuine ask about how my day was going. Shoutout to Kaleb for getting my wiper blades switched out. And shoutout to Aliza, she was nice and thorough and mentioned a couple resources online for a car part I needed. I took her advice and ordered a part for a lot less. I appreciate them both and the service that was given. There was great conversation throughout my visit. This is why I choose this Take 5 location. Keep up the great work! Even on the days that seem long, especially in this Texas heat. You are appreciated, I see you!
