I usually go to a different location but when I got there it was all different people and I didn’t trust it so I came over to the Dezavala Location and right away I felt comfortable and in the best Hands. Ms. Aliza handled everything right and made sure my car was throughly checked and fully serviced. Her energy was great and she got me in and out. I even got a fresh New cabin filter for 25% off so that was awsome. I loved this experience. Dezavala location used to be slow and now I will start coming here because this crew works fast with a new school professional style. 🫶🏾
My Go-To Oil Change Spot I’ve been taking my car to the Take 5 off I-10 and De Zavala, and honestly, no matter how long the line looks or what the wait is, it’s 100% worth it. Every single time I swing by, they treat me right and never steer me wrong when it comes to keeping my car running smoothly. I really want to send a huge shout-out to the guy who helped me on my last visit. I didn’t catch his name, but I’m pretty sure he’s one of the lead technicians there. His level of customer service was top-tier—he was super knowledgeable, upfront, and made sure everything was handled right without pushing unnecessary stuff on me. If you’re anywhere in the area and need a fast, reliable, and truly professional team to handle your oil change, do yourself a favor and check out the De Zavala crew. They’ve definitely earned a customer for life!

The guys were very respectful and kind, they offered me a bottle of water before I even drove in to the bay, they were helpful with knowledge about my truck, they answered my questions about the oil change, just an overall great experience! All that and I didn't even have to get out of my vehicle and it took just a few minutes. Very impressed! I think the name of the main guy that took care of me was Devin, thank you Devin!
