I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change thanks to Noah and Marina. From the moment I arrived, they were friendly, professional, and made the entire process quick and stress-free. They explained everything clearly, answered my questions, and never made me feel pressured into additional services. The oil change was completed efficiently, and I appreciated how thorough and attentive they were throughout the visit. It’s refreshing to receive such excellent customer service these days. Noah and Marina went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and their positive attitudes really stood out. In all honesty, Take 5 Oil Change's quality has dropped significantly since its initial debut, but not at this location. I am constantly surprised at their service, polite professional attitude, and quality. There always seem to be new faces here, despite that it remains consistently remarkable. I had given up on Take 5 until a friend showed me this location.
Excellent customer service...the manager ensured all my oil needs were meet, she exceeded my expectations...mechanics very knowledgeable ... will be a returning customer for all of my oil change needs!😊. Sergeants first class US.Army. Retired.
