My first oil change ever. I was so nervous. They were so patient, nice, and made the process easy. I was most nervous I was going to get hard sales tactics, but nothing like that happened. They showed me my filter was clean so no need to replace. Very upfront and clear. Customer service was impeccable. Cold complimentary water was provided too. I’ll be back for my next oil change. Loyal customer earned 👍
I had my oil changed here yesterday, and I was so impressed! The young man working on his own(I didn’t get his name) did an amazing job super friendly, professional, and kept his cool even though it was busy. He really took the time to do everything right, and I left feeling confident about the service. Highly recommend this place!
I worker there by the name of Mikk truly understands customer service. Very personable and friendly. I didn’t feel like he was just “going thru the motions” I hope he’s there when I go back. Another worker didn’t seem to “get it” when it came to customer service and wanted challenge Mikk’s documented recommendation of oil and amount for my truck.
