Jacob gave some of the best service i’ve ever had working with my car. I didn’t even know what a differential was, but he explained it, showed that I was overdue to swap its oil, and complimented me for choosing to get it fixed. There was no judgement got neglecting my car but instead help and explanation while giving it. He swapped my cabin filter and it looked like the most difficult thing I’ve ever seen, but made sure every clip and screw got put back in place. Let this guy run the place.
This location has always been good. But on this particular Sunday, seems like one of the individuals was having a bad day already getting impatient and having an attitude. Had to remain calm due to the individual seeming young and somewhat giving me an attitude and beginning to be rude to my wife. Luckily, I was capable to keep calm and be the mature one and had to explain to myself he had lack of education and communication skills. I didn’t catch his name, but I’m just glad that the other individual came to assist I guess realizing how I was already getting irritated or overheard him verbally. I’m not gonna let an employee ruin me going to a location, but I can say I hope it doesn’t happen again…
The Take 5 Oil Change on Babcock Road was clean, safe, and had helpful service. The MOD was friendly and very knowledgeable about my vehicle maintenance. I will continue my truck maintenance at this location for future oil changes and maintenance. Thank you guys for the cold water and excellent customer service.
