First time visiting this Take 5 location, and by far, it was the friendliest, quickest, and best experience I’ve had! I didn’t get the manager’s name, but he and Oscar were phenomenal. Their teamwork and customer service were outstanding! I will definitely go out of my way to come back to this location every time. Great job, guys! You both deserve recognition!
Incredibly professional, informative, & helpful! I did not have to wait a minute longer than necessary. I was told of things that needed immediate attention & things that I needed to get done soon, informed of the priority of importance to my vehicles health, then offered options to solve these issues in-store. We were able to curate a 'package' to fit my needs! I ended up getting an full service oil change w a engine filter change, along with the mentioned recommendations on my receipt. Jerome & Payden did fantastic work, we will be coming back to this location again!
The Take 5 technician that serviced me on that day was fast and helpful. He even checked my tire pressure without hesitation. He even went out of his way to warn me of an oil leak I had and found out exactly where it was coming from. I appreciate him and the skill that comes with being a knowledgeable tech. Thanks!!
