Incredibly professional, informative, & helpful! I did not have to wait a minute longer than necessary. I was told of things that needed immediate attention & things that I needed to get done soon, informed of the priority of importance to my vehicles health, then offered options to solve these issues in-store. We were able to curate a 'package' to fit my needs! I ended up getting an full service oil change w a engine filter change, along with the mentioned recommendations on my receipt. Jerome & Payden did fantastic work, we will be coming back to this location again!
Greeted with cold water as it is August is Texas. All the guys working were nice and good vibes all around. The gentleman assisting me was very informative, polite and complimented his nice hair. Only downside was not my experience, but they definitely should have fans in there for this heat. Appreciated the great service. Second time there at Hillcrest and Babcock location. Will be returning. Thank you! (:
My first time here with my dad’s car and from the very beginning I was treated promptly and very respectfully by both techs. These guys were on top of their game and didn’t sway from professionalism. I will be returning with my other vehicles just because of these guys. Payden was just cool, calm, and an absolute professional. I would mention the other persons name but I didn’t see it and thought it may have been weird to ask because they were busy.
