Went in today and had Ricky and Matthew take care of my car. They showed me the level of my oil and even mentioned the coolant(which I needed done). It was quick and easy, straight to the point. They even noticed I was hot in the vehicle after I kindly turned down the water at first. They gave me some water and it was much appreciated! I really appreciate the customer service and the kindness from these two. Thank you again guys!
One of the best experiences I have had in business here in San Angelo in a long time. I had gone to get my oil changed there once before and was unsure when I needed to go again. What made me unsure was that I had remembered paying for a higher quality oil and thought I could wait til the 5,000 mile marker. Nonetheless, my van sensor was telling me it was time for another visit, so off I went. I made no mention of my uncertainty to Fernando, the man working that day. Even still, when Fernando looked up my information on the computer, he immediately informed me that I really did not need their service at that time, but could wait another 2,800 miles. Then, to be sure, he checked the oil in my vehicle to confirm that the data was correct. He checked my oil, filled up my fluids, checked my tire pressure, washed my windshield, and reset the gauge in my van so it would alert me at the next proper mile marker.. Then he smiled and sent me on my way. Honestly, this man could have easily taken my money and performed a service that I didn't need, and I would have been none the wiser. The fact that he was honest and kind, and served me well yesterday has won my loyalty and the writing of this review, something I would not usually do.
Service here is good, but this time it was exceptional! Esrael was friendly, professional and explained everything he did. He gave me great advice and answered questions that I didn't know I had (until he began explaining the services). Next time I'll be able to take care of a few more things, before they become an issue. Thank you Esrael for taking your time and making me feel more knowledgeable with my services.
