I just wanted to express my appreciation for Fernando! The other location didn't properly replace the plug & it fell out! Luckily I was 1/2 mile from home & thankfully the rest of the oil didn't flow out until my driveway! Even though it wasn't his location that screwed up, Fernando sent out a guy on Sunday to make it right! They replaced the plug, all the oil, brought absorbent & put it down and his guy crawled under the entirety of my pickup to clean all the oil from the undercarriage. (The Bryant location never even bothered to reach out much less offer a carwash 🙄). If you choose Take 5 I recommend the Arden Rd location!
Everyone was so friendly and welcoming! I didn’t catch the name of the man who helped me, but he was funny, answered all my questions, and made the whole experience enjoyable. I’m not very car-savvy, so I always feel a little nervous when getting my car checked out, but the man with the blue eyes made me feel comfortable and put me at ease. I really appreciated his kindness! :)
I absolutely love Take 5 but this location is hands down amazing! I’ve had some issues with my engine & they explained everything in depth. They treated me with respect & gave me useful advice for the future. I highly recommend them! Special shout out to Ricky, Fernando & Michael… you guys were phenomenal!! Thank you so much!
