The take five techs were very efficient, friendly and funny. Sam I believe was the gentleman who spoke to me as soon as I arrived, offered myself and my passenger a water and proceeded us to an open line promptly. The gentleman at the computer..Evan I believe was very friendly and polite. He answered every question I had very clearly and left no room for confusion during our entire interaction. He offered me new wiper blades as well and didn’t have an attitude when I refused. Very nice customer service though and through. I come here often for my oil changes and every time I have a good time. I’m never there for too long, I’m always attended too right away, Everyone has a smile and has a good attitude, No one looks like they hate their jobs lol. It’s nice to show up and have employees enjoy being at work or least fakin it for the customers lol either way I like it! Keep up the good work boys! Thank You!

I have gone to this location for years, with three different vehicles. Two of them still get serviced here. I explained to the technician that my son, who was with me, will be driving the vehicle. The technician made sure to show my son everything he was doing, explaining each step (air filter, coolant, cabin filter, oil levels, and the process of topping off levels before the next oil change). I was so appreciative! Thank you!

I want to take a moment to recognize Will Lawson at the Take 5 Oil Change location on Avenue H in Rosenberg, Texas. From the moment I arrived, Will immediately stepped up and began assisting me. He quickly assessed what I was there for, got me started right away, and made sure my visit was efficient from beginning to end. What stood out most was that while others seemed more focused on standing around and talking, Will took the initiative to help me so I could get in and out without wasting time. During my visit, I overheard a conversation about coolant flushes, which I already knew I needed. When I asked Will about it, he took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process, answer every question I had, and make sure I understood exactly what was being done to my vehicle. He never pressured me into purchasing anything. Instead, he provided honest information and let me make an informed decision. Throughout the entire experience, Will remained professional, patient, and positive. Even when there were issues with the system during checkout, he never got frustrated. He kept a smile on his face, maintained a great attitude, and handled everything calmly and professionally. He never interrupted me, talked over me, or made me feel rushed. He listened, communicated clearly, and treated me with respect. I am a regular customer at this location, and after this experience, knowing that Will works there gives me even more reason to continue coming back. He genuinely stood out among everyone working that day. Employees like him are hard to find. Take 5 should absolutely take notice of the outstanding young man they have on their team. Will demonstrates leadership, initiative, professionalism, and exceptional customer service. He carries himself like someone who is destined for bigger things. Whether his future is with Take 5 or elsewhere, I have no doubt he is going places in life. In my opinion, he is exactly the type of employee a company should want to retain, invest in, and promote.
