⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ TAKE 5 ROSENBERG THEY WON MY BUSINESS BACK I don’t write this review lightly, because two years ago I swore I would never bring another vehicle back to this location. After an oil change here, oil was later found in my spark plug area, and I ended up having to take my vehicle to a professional mechanic for cleaning and replacement parts. It cost me far more than I ever expected from what should have been a simple oil change. I emailed, called, and tried to address the situation at the time, but I never felt like anyone truly cared about what happened. The manager then was Joe, and after that experience, I was DONE. I’m also a Marine Corps veteran, and while I’ve always appreciated Take 5 offering veterans a 25% discount, no discount was worth risking another bad experience with my vehicle. Fast-forward two years. The day before Labor Day, I was in a predicament. I desperately needed an oil change, it was getting late, and Take 5 was still open. I decided to give this location ONE more chance—but I pulled in and immediately explained my previous experience and how important it was to me that my vehicle be handled with care. That’s when I met Jacob, the assistant manager, and Evan. I was the LAST vehicle of their day. It had obviously been a long one, and it was just the two of them. They could have rushed me through and gone home. They didn’t. Jacob listened to everything I had to say. He didn’t dismiss my previous experience or make excuses for it. He listened, understood why I was concerned, and made sure I felt comfortable with them working on my vehicle. Evan was an absolute super tech as well. Together, these two young men treated my vehicle with care and treated me like I was seen. And just like that, Take 5 officially won my business back. I’m writing this especially for anyone reading older reviews and wondering whether they should give this Rosenberg location another chance. Management has changed. The people have changed. My experience this time was completely different. As a veteran, there is a certain expectation of excellence, accountability, attention to detail, and taking pride in your work that becomes ingrained in you. That is what I saw from Jacob and Evan that evening. There’s something vulnerable about having to depend on someone else to do something for you that you wish you could do yourself. When it comes to your vehicle—something you depend on every single day—you’re putting a lot of trust in the person under that hood. I trusted these guys, and they earned it. So if you had a bad experience here in the past and have been wondering whether things have changed, I’m telling you from experience: give them another shot. Jacob and Evan, thank you for restoring my confidence in this location. Take 5 Rosenberg, you earned this Marine back. 🇺🇸 Semper Fi.

This place is top notch. We had to wait a while in the car line to get our oil changed but they could not work any harder or better.Or faster! It was just a busy day. I will continue to come back here to get my oil changed. They are very compassionate and professional people who work here. No attitudes. Just a desire to please. I saw no lag time in between tasks. Just full throttle working. Thanks guys.

I love these guys and this location! I have come to this location for years now. And more recently every time I come to this location Jacob (especially), Will, and Alex (newly Isiah) are very professional and very knowledgeable. Hard workers whom deserve MORE cooling and/or fans in the service garage area! These guys are polite and patient, and always answer all of my questions. They suggest additional services that will keep your vehicle running as smooth as possible. And are not forceful with the recommendations. And I am very appreciative of that! I will refer any family or friends to this location simply because of the service alone. Prices are reasonable. I trust them with my synthetic oil change service, inspection, and more!
