Jordan was awesome! Such a kind and out-of-his-way helpful kind of person. I got there at 4 minutes until close, because Google told me they closed at 8pm (nope - 7pm,) but he did my emissions inspection anyway. And he was super nice about it, even when I had trouble locating my insurance card, he was still very nice and patient. And he had given me a water bottle when I first drove up, that was so nice. A very cold water bottle, I might add. And then he even offered to check my tire pressure monitors, about which I'd had a question, but I told him no that it was okay, I didn't want to keep him anymore. Told me to be blessed on my way out. Overall a delightful experience.
I’ve been to a lot of take 5’s in my lifetime in various locations and I’ve never been to this one until today- I had such a lovely and great experience I had to come and write a review. Whoever trains these guys should get a high 5 because they are some of the kindest and most efficient crew. At one point I had 4 people helping me but all being incredibly efficient in everything and constantly updating me throughout process! I literally will come back here forever!
First time to this Take 5 location and I will be a returning customer. As soon as I pulled in, Isaiah and Damon were johnny on the spot in getting my bottle of water to me and beginning to service my car. They went over everything that they were doing and both really knew their jobs. When they were finished, they cleaned my windshield which had never been done at the other Take 5 I USED to go to. Just a very thorough and knowledgeable crew. Great job!
