I’ve been to a lot of take 5’s in my lifetime in various locations and I’ve never been to this one until today- I had such a lovely and great experience I had to come and write a review. Whoever trains these guys should get a high 5 because they are some of the kindest and most efficient crew. At one point I had 4 people helping me but all being incredibly efficient in everything and constantly updating me throughout process! I literally will come back here forever!
First time to this Take 5 location and I will be a returning customer. As soon as I pulled in, Isaiah and Damon were johnny on the spot in getting my bottle of water to me and beginning to service my car. They went over everything that they were doing and both really knew their jobs. When they were finished, they cleaned my windshield which had never been done at the other Take 5 I USED to go to. Just a very thorough and knowledgeable crew. Great job!
I Love the convenience and nice service of Take 5s! However, this location on July 7th definitely rised above the rest. I pulled in during the weekday and was greeted kindly and the guys got to work. The First Gentleman was informative and clearly explained the different oil change packages. They kept me informed and in the loop every step of the way. They even informed me of a minor problem with my oil container and a missing cap from my antifreeze. I’m so appreciative of them taking their time and really helping me out. I wish them the best!!!
