I was finally highly satisfied in the end of the oil change. I went to your location across from Wal-Mart on loop 256. They said, no filter until Saturday on Truck. So, I left. Came back Saturday morning. I asked did you get the filter in. He said, no. Then wants to sell me the more expensive one on Saturday. I would have taken the more expensive one had he offered it on Friday. I feel like he lied to me and was untrustworthy at that point. I explained I felt uncomfortable and didn't want his service. He delayed me over 10 minutes. He should have been honest. He said, he was the store manager. I'll never go there as long as he is there. I really appreciated this location where I went. They went over and beyond to try to make up for the other location. Thank you Taylor and team. Great service in and out
I visited this location over last weekend. I stopped in to have my oil changed on my vehicle. I was greeted by Taylor(manager). This guy was awesome! He was very friendly and professional towards every customers that I saw him come into contact with. These guys did an outstanding job of communicating with customers and with each other. I was definitely impressed with the service đź‘Ź I received. These guys get a 5 star rating with me.
They were still open for business after I got off. It was late nd had been very hot the past week. The manager and employee were super nice. I have a lube business in my town but I choose to go to this location because of the service I get! Thank you all!
