I was finally highly satisfied in the end of the oil change. I went to your location across from Wal-Mart on loop 256. They said, no filter until Saturday on Truck. So, I left. Came back Saturday morning. I asked did you get the filter in. He said, no. Then wants to sell me the more expensive one on Saturday. I would have taken the more expensive one had he offered it on Friday. I feel like he lied to me and was untrustworthy at that point. I explained I felt uncomfortable and didn't want his service. He delayed me over 10 minutes. He should have been honest. He said, he was the store manager. I'll never go there as long as he is there. I really appreciated this location where I went. They went over and beyond to try to make up for the other location. Thank you Taylor and team. Great service in and out
I love Take 5. Everyone is so kind. I went in for a oil change and they told me I still had time before I needed the oil change. That hadn't ever happened at any other oil place. They would have just charged me anyways. Thank you Take 5.
