I had an outstanding experience at the Take 5 Oil Change on Kirby Drive. From the moment I arrived, David greeted me with a smile and even offered me a bottle of water, which was such a thoughtful touch. The other gentleman who helped me at the computer (I unfortunately didn’t catch his name) was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The entire team worked efficiently, completed my oil change and inspection quickly, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Everyone was friendly, personable, and truly seemed to care about providing excellent customer service. It’s rare to find service this welcoming and professional. I’ll definitely be coming back for future oil changes and will happily recommend this location to my family and friends. Thank you, David, and the entire team, for such a wonderful experience!
Tae and Darryl were my hood, pit, safety, MoD, and service writers. Their customer service was excellent! I got a nice cold bottle of water upon arrival and was very friendly and pleasant. He recommended I change my engine filter, showed me how dirty it was compared to the new! I will be back!
