The service representatives I encountered were beyond exceptional! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with enthusiasm and offered a bottle of water while I waited. They took the time to explain everything during my oil change, making sure I understood the process. Overall, it was a great experience, especially since it was my first time visiting Take 5. The team made me feel welcomed, informed, and valued as a customer. I’ll definitely be back!
Stopped by prior to a very long cross country drive and was met with the best customer service hands down!! David was a point of contact between heaven and earth no doubt! He was so kind, attentive, and proactive. And to think, he's not even being paid what he's worth..... FIX THAT TAKE 5!! You've got a treasure in that one. Besides that, service was quick and quality. What more could I ask for...
I had an outstanding experience at the Take 5 Oil Change on Kirby Drive. From the moment I arrived, David greeted me with a smile and even offered me a bottle of water, which was such a thoughtful touch. The other gentleman who helped me at the computer (I unfortunately didn’t catch his name) was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The entire team worked efficiently, completed my oil change and inspection quickly, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Everyone was friendly, personable, and truly seemed to care about providing excellent customer service. It’s rare to find service this welcoming and professional. I’ll definitely be coming back for future oil changes and will happily recommend this location to my family and friends. Thank you, David, and the entire team, for such a wonderful experience!
