I had an outstanding experience at the Take 5 Oil Change on Kirby Drive. From the moment I arrived, David greeted me with a smile and even offered me a bottle of water, which was such a thoughtful touch. The other gentleman who helped me at the computer (I unfortunately didn’t catch his name) was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The entire team worked efficiently, completed my oil change and inspection quickly, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Everyone was friendly, personable, and truly seemed to care about providing excellent customer service. It’s rare to find service this welcoming and professional. I’ll definitely be coming back for future oil changes and will happily recommend this location to my family and friends. Thank you, David, and the entire team, for such a wonderful experience!
I don’t remember the server person that did my oil change but he was very nice only thing he spelled my first name wrong just the first letter cause he thought the car was for my spouse and I was in the car with my spouse and he still spelled the first letter of my name wrong but other than that service was excellent my name is spelled Felix not Pelix I’m a female with a male name
These guys are incredibly kind and sweet. They’re super helpful and go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. Thank you so much for being thoughtful and providing such great service. It was the best quick service I’ve ever had. I went there for my emissions test, and I’ll definitely be back to support this business because they have such great employees.
