We had a wonderful experience at Take 5! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, they greeted us with a cold bottle of water, which was such a thoughtful touch. Since it was our first time there, the manager, Keel, took the time to walk us through the service and explain what they were doing to the car. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful when explaining their recommendations without making us feel pressured. Great customer service, friendly staff, and a very welcoming atmosphere. We will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend Take 5 to anyone looking for a great car service experience!
I received a full service oil change from the team at the Hwy 6 location. I would like to say that the manager on duty whose name I did not get and the tech Darnell went above and beyond with the services provided. Both were very professional, knowledgeable, attentive, and explained to me everything necessary for my vehicles upkeep. They both also did stellar work with my oil change, fluid level refills and everything that comes with full service oil change. I would highly recommend going to this location for any of your vehicle service needs. 10/10
Craig,Kell, and Darnell were fantastic from start to finish. They are awesome with every customer that comes through and they make sure you visit is as comfortable as possible. With this Texas heat the refrigerator stayed stocked with water and they kept customers hydrated. Good communication between them and customers. I would definitely recommend this location.
