Overall, a great experience, quick in and out with incredibly professional and friendly service. The whole team was courteous from start to finish and even handed me a fresh bottle of cold water while I waited. Kell specifically was professional, knowledgeable, and explained the process along the way. They topped off all my fluids, but what really stood out was that Kell noticed I had my own engine air and cabin filters sitting in the car, asked if I wanted them put in, and installed both for me completely free of charge. Highly recommend them for going above and beyond!
Great customer service from the call center to the garage, my day was going so bad because I previously went to a mechanic that put the wrong oil in my car that I was driving around with for two days and my car started ticking, I called and the lady over the phone was so helpful in making sure they had the oil I needed and even gave me a small coupon for a discount when I go in.. I went in to the store and the guy helped me so quickly and was very knowledgeable about the job he was going to perform on my car. Job done quickly and even got a few other things done while there that the other mechanic didn’t check.. Thank you Kells and take 5 for your great customer service and patience!
The manager Craig was great and polite I went to get my oil change he was very understanding and explained everything well and had me out in a jiffy will be coming back and also I went for my annual check just like he said come back at the right amount of miles and I’ll be just fine and this time they where stacked up and he still had the same positive attitude just re visited October 22,2026
