Although there were 2 cars ahead of me at around 6:30 pm, along with blazing temperatures and only 2 employees working, I’ve got to give credit where credit is due. The 2 employees worked so well together, they were very professional, as well efficient and they knew what they were doing, despite the fact that they were only 16 and 18 years old. I will definitely go back and hope to get the same 2 technicians.
Edited on 7/9/2026: Wanted to update my previous review with a new one. I decided to give yall another chance and not sure if its a new team, but they did a phenomenal job. Jacob and the team answered any questions I had, got me the right replacements i needed and got me a quick oilchange without trying to upsale things I didn't need. Just wanted to make sure I showed my appreciation for Jacob and the guys over there for a job well done! Original post: Completely unprofessional experience and a waste of my time. Waited 20 plus minutes with no one letting me know what the wait was for until I finally honked my horn,The employees were laughing and joking around instead of letting me and the other waiting customer know what was going on and when i tried to call to speak with a supervisor, the number directed me to Florida. I wouldn't recommend using Take 5 to anyone in Granbury. I'd give them zero stars if I could.
Mult time user. They do a thorough job of checking the vital liquids and other parts of your car (trans, filters, fluids etc). This takes a reasonable amount of time to complete. They did a very good job. You have a very good and competent crew working on your vehicle. I have used them many times with all my vehicles. Never had an issues with service.
