Went for an oil change after disillusionment with Meineke's creepy and violent waiting area television programming that "could not be changed" (?!) and Firestone's extreme confusion and long wait time despite my appointment. All of the workers were quick, courteous, and especially knowledgeable and patient explaining what my car needed and why. It was obvious they are a close-knit and hardworking team. Helped me find coupons, too! I ended up spending more than expected but it was definitely time for a coolant flush -- probably just in the nick of time before something exploded in this crazy Texas heat. Thanks, Take 5!
It was very busy Monday June 30, 2026 because the other place on Hulen was not taking cars in due to a problem there. But you had two young men working this day at thix spot also on Hulen next to a pawn shop and I was there for an inspection. The young men were very polite, kind and efficient. I was in and out in about 1/2 hour. It was busy but they were handling the business very professionally. I give them 10 out of 10 for doing a “GREAT JOB”.
I absolutely love this Take 5 Oil Change location. It’s honestly my favorite place to come for an oil change. The staff is always friendly and professional, and every visit is a great experience. I especially want to recognize Pana for doing such an amazing job. He was extremely helpful, polite, and very knowledgeable. He suggested a few things my car needed that I honestly didn’t know about, and he took the time to explain everything clearly to me. As a woman, I really appreciated how respectful and informative he was without making me feel pressured or talked down to. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and Pana truly went above and beyond. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers and making sure their vehicles are taken care of. This location continues to be my go-to spot because of experiences like this. Thank you again, Pana!
