I want to recognize Pana at Take 5 for providing exceptional customer service! From start to finish, Pana was extremely professional, courteous, and attentive. What stood out most was the willingness to go above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of and had a great experience. It’s not every day you encounter someone who genuinely takes pride in their work and makes customer satisfaction a priority. Pana is a tremendous asset to the Take 5 team and deserves recognition for such outstanding service. Thank you, Pana, for making my visit a great one! Keep up the excellent work!
I have been specifically coming to this location since a little after it opened. I can’t express how much I appreciate the technician’s here. I have watched 2 over the years go from reg navy blue tech uniforms to their grey shirt supervisor or manager shirts. These guys know there stuff and don’t sell or pressure you into something you don’t need…. Not even a windshield wiper. Honest and show sincere integrity. I can’t speak for other locations but this one in particular is fantastic.
Super happy with our oil change experience at this place! We've been going to the burleson one but after them forgetting to put the drain plug washer back, we were leaking oil, if it wasnt for my husband's coworker, checking the car, we wouldn't know. Other than that, service was good, but this time they definately exceeded our expectations! Not only did they check throughly but showed us what was wrong and what needed to be replaced. Asked questions and gave us info that was never given before wich made it refreshing for us. Manuel, Sam, and Elena were super helpful. We'll definitely be coming back here! Definately well deserving of 5 stars!
