Oil Change in Dallas, TX at 6190 Beltline Rd..

I came in today for an oil change and received absolutely amazing service from Ryan and the entire team. Ryan went above and beyond. He didn’t just change my oil and send me on my way — he took the time to check everything that needed attention and explained things to me clearly. He showed me my cabin air filter and recommended replacing it, and when he showed me the old one, I couldn’t believe how dirty it was! Honestly, I know almost nothing about cars. 😂 I basically drive my car to work and back, so there are many things I would never think to check on my own. That’s why I really appreciated Ryan taking the initiative to look everything over and point out something I would have completely missed. He was extremely responsible, thorough, patient, and clearly takes pride in doing his job well. I felt like he genuinely cared about making sure my car was properly taken care of. I also noticed how well the entire team worked together. You could really feel their positive energy and enthusiasm while they were working. Everyone seemed willing to help each other, and the teamwork created such a great atmosphere. You can tell this is a team that genuinely cares about what they do. I left extremely satisfied with the service and feeling much more confident that my car had been properly taken care of. Ryan and this team absolutely deserve recognition — and honestly, a raise! They work incredibly hard, especially in the Texas heat, and I truly hope the company makes sure they have adequate breaks, a cool place with air conditioning to rest, and plenty of water. Employees who work this hard and care this much about their customers deserve to be taken care of too. Thank you, Ryan and the entire team, for taking such great care of me and my car today. I’ve been going to Take 5 for years. I’ve lived in different states from New Orleans to the east coast and now I live in Texas. This location has provided me with the BEST service I’ve ever gotten at an oil change place. Scott took great care of my car and was very professional and helpful. As a woman it’s so hard to get auto work done alone and I felt the safest I’ve ever felt! I was definitely in great hands. I highly recommend and this is now my location of choice!

I had such a great experience at the Take 5 Oil Change off Beltline today. Donald (Don) helped me and was such a delight! Although given cold water when I arrived (always a nice touch), he made sure I had another cold water while be serviced (when I pulled up there were 6 cars ahead of me). Aside from that, he noticed I had back-to-back coolant flushes two years in a row and made sure I understood how often they should be (for a Chevy - every 100k miles). He was a straight shooter and gave great advice, which I ALWAYS appreciate! He was so kind and I appreciate his and the manager's (Mr. Manager aka Punchy) help today. I've been going there since moving here last year and will continue to do so for the service alone. You can tell they like their jobs and get along well. It was a pleasant experience and worth the wait because they took GREAT care of me. I TRULY appreciate their attention and the care given. Many thanks!
