I had such a great experience at the Take 5 Oil Change off Beltline today. Donald (Don) helped me and was such a delight! Although given cold water when I arrived (always a nice touch), he made sure I had another cold water while be serviced (when I pulled up there were 6 cars ahead of me). Aside from that, he noticed I had back-to-back coolant flushes two years in a row and made sure I understood how often they should be (for a Chevy - every 100k miles). He was a straight shooter and gave great advice, which I ALWAYS appreciate! He was so kind and I appreciate his and the manager's (Mr. Manager aka Punchy) help today. I've been going there since moving here last year and will continue to do so for the service alone. You can tell they like their jobs and get along well. It was a pleasant experience and worth the wait because they took GREAT care of me. I TRULY appreciate their attention and the care given. Many thanks!
This was, hands down, one of the best experiences I’ve ever had getting my emissions checked!!! From the moment I drove up with a mechanic coming out and offering me a cold bottle of water and asked me what I needed, all the way to me driving off, it was A++!! These guys were kind, laughing and smiling, obviously enjoying their job, (and it’s HOT outside!!) and it was just a really enjoyable experience. I got my emissions checked quickly and I will definitely be back!! Thank you, Take 5!!!
Visited this place at recommendation of family who are patrons here. Here to visit haven driven cross country 7200 miles for oil change. Found all employees to be pleasant skilled friendly and competent. Would like to have such a business in NJ where I am from. When visiting relatives here will plan to have oil change at thus location. Such a nice gesture handing out ice cold water while waiting your turn. Thank you all so much. Good health happiness to all at Take 5. I had oil oil filter car air filter tires checked transmission checked windsheild washer topped off. Explained to me regarding care of my radiator. Never pushy just knowledgeable and informative
