I went to get my oil changed yesterday. There was a bit of a wait but I was greeted as soon as I pulled up and when I pulled into the bay the employees were friendly. They were knowledgeable about the services, they explained exactly what they were going to do and let me know there were other services due on my car they were able to provide in the future. I will definitely go back for other services in the future!
I always change my own oil but didn't have time to get to it this time and Take 5 was recommended by a friend. They got me right in and were fast and efficient with their work. Zak was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He answered any questions I had and chatted with me while the rest of the crew got my oil changed and all of the other car fluids checked. If I'm ever in a pinch again I'd absolutely be back!
I'm sorry, but I don't remember the name of the employee, but he was so nice and kept me informed about the levels of the different fluids in my car. I was the first customer of the day on Sat 7/18, he gave me an upbeat greeting and asked what he could do for me today, I had brought my own oil and filter and he said that wasn't a problem and he'd get me taken care of. I really appreciated his professional, but warm demeanor, we need more people like him in the service industry. Thanks so much!
