I'm sorry, but I don't remember the name of the employee, but he was so nice and kept me informed about the levels of the different fluids in my car. I was the first customer of the day on Sat 7/18, he gave me an upbeat greeting and asked what he could do for me today, I had brought my own oil and filter and he said that wasn't a problem and he'd get me taken care of. I really appreciated his professional, but warm demeanor, we need more people like him in the service industry. Thanks so much!
I received exceptional service at this Take5 On Waldron Rd in Corpus Christi, Texas, I was greeted with a cold bottle of water and a beautiful smile. They kept me well informed and offered services that I needed, but did not know they offered. I was in and out in about 15 minutes with extra services to my vehicle. I was very grateful, being a woman, that they did not try to upsell me something I did not need. They showed me my filters without me having to ask, and told me they looked pretty good so maybe the next time I came in, we would change them if needed. I love the fact that the two technicians I had checked each other‘s work to be sure that everything was complete. Thank you for making this experience such a wonderful experience with no headaches and not leaving feeling like I had been taken advantage of. Great job! Give these guys a raise! They are amazing!
The guys worked hard took the job seriously, and were professional. More importantly they seemed to work well together as a team. Making sure the job was done correctly. By checking for leaks making sure the oil level correct. Heck they even gave me a bottle of water. The men you had working there are an example how to treat customers.
