Best oil change experience I've had. We didn't even have to get out of the car - just pulled in and stayed comfortable the whole time. Huge win when you have kids with you. Jared and Bobby - or maybe Billy, sorry man if I got it wrong - were fantastic. Fast, professional, no pressure, and had real smiles the whole time. What stood out most was how kind they were to my kids. Respectful, friendly, made them feel welcome. That means a lot as a parent. If you want quick, honest, friendly service where you're treated like a person and not a number, go to Take 5. These guys are the reason I'll be back.
Zac, Stacey, Bobby, and Jared were great! I was low on coolant on arrival, they did an exchange. They checked my differential even though the manufacturer recommended 100k miles (i was well under) so glad they did. It was almost dry with no oil and could have caused huge issues. I appreciate that they took the time to make sure everything on my vehicle was good to go!
Stopped in Brownwood overnight and hit the Take 5 first thing in the morning. Service was great and fast. Thank you for being open earlier than most business. We needed to get back on the road.
