I’ve been here many times , they are now my oil change company I go to regardless! I’ve done many oil changes, both filters changed, differentials and coolant exchange. They are very clean and friendly ! No awkwardness! Great communication and team work !zac the GM will help as much as he can to make sure his customers are happy
I borrowed my daughters car to go to an out of town Drs appt but before I left home my husband checked tires Oil Etc. he said oil still needed to be changed and I had been nagging her to take it locally for 2months but young single mom with a one year old it’s the last thing on her mind-fine, I figured, I’m already here I’ll take it to the last place she had it changed at and she can reimburse me later. Usually I take my vehicles to wm. Her sticker said take 5,I did not know what to expect but as soon as they saw me creep up they waved me in to the bay I got to stay in the vehicle with my grandson asleep in the car seat. The gentleman said she had actually gone over 4,000 past due the oil change and recommended the showed me the recommendations. I chose one and he spoke to me about other products cabin filters, oil filters, etc. I declined those since I only really needed the oil changed at this time I still needed to go to my appt and didn’t want to be late. He changed the oil another gentleman took my payment, my screen was reset and it took less than 10 minutes and I never had to leave my car. AS I was leaving I wondered, how do that so quickly???? But I will probably use them again because it saved me so much time and they were so nice!
It was my second visit to 5. 1rst too brownwood. People were attentive, listened to my concerns.and followed my request. Got me in and out, reported on all fluids concerned. Attendees were courteous through out the job. Both brownwood and stephenville location were good experiences. To corporate, in training your techs, impact gun should only be used taking plug out of pan. Never used putting plug in. Filter wrench only used taking off. Filter installment , hand tight only. Unless using a torque wrench. I don’t like stabbing a filter too remove. Thank you .
