Nick and Stacy are exceptional workers. Both kept me well informed on the fluid levels, last time of service, and showed me the current condition of the coolant in the radiator. They updated me on the fact that the reservoir was entirely empty and were able to help me get everythin taken care of in record timing. Truly great experience! I was even given a cold water bottle for the road as I had just run out in 104 Texas heat. We will be returning for future service.
Best oil change experience I've had. We didn't even have to get out of the car - just pulled in and stayed comfortable the whole time. Huge win when you have kids with you. Jared and Bobby - or maybe Billy, sorry man if I got it wrong - were fantastic. Fast, professional, no pressure, and had real smiles the whole time. What stood out most was how kind they were to my kids. Respectful, friendly, made them feel welcome. That means a lot as a parent. If you want quick, honest, friendly service where you're treated like a person and not a number, go to Take 5. These guys are the reason I'll be back.
We typically go to Stephenville for our maintenance but we were in Brownwood for a Saturday football game. DJ, Jared and Stacy were thorough, friendly and FAST with our oil change. If we could rate them a 10 we would! It was nice to see people actually smile and provide customer service.
