I recently came in and Alfredo helped us he took care or our car and all it needed. If you come by ask for him he will take care of you too. It you enjoy preventative maintenance, then there is nothing more satisfying than a tire rotation and an oil change. This location is my peripheral william canon off of I-35 location, it is excellent. The he knows their product and will work with you to find the right fit and the right service based on your car’s age and mileage.
All three employees who helped me did a fantastic job! I wish I caught their names better but it was an assistant manager, a regular tech, and a trainee. They were a bit busy but still were able to get me in and out of there pretty quickly for an oil change and cabin filter replacement :) For working in such a hot environment with just a few small fans, their customer service and professionalism was great! They even offered myself and all of the other customers being serviced a cold water bottle. Will return!
