I was just at the Take 5 for oil service on my 2026 Ram 2500 today. The service was great and quick, even with all three bays full. They even added a Military discount on there for me that I did not ask for( Im retired Army). While there, I witnessed a minor conflict between an "unruly" customer take place. From what I could hear, the customer appeared to be unhappy with a final price for services rendered, compared to a supposed quote he received beforehand. The customer stormed out of the bay, but what was important was how the crew of take 5 handled the incident. In my opinion, they handled it professionally and promptly. Sometimes in any business you will meet less than stellar customers. If the problem cannot be solved in the immediate instance, then referring them to the company corporate office for resolution is the only appropriate answer--which is what they did. Handling unhappy and sometimes unruly customers is a part of business. I was happy to see the whole thing quickly resolved with grace. Thanks for the service guys!
My experience on Saturday, August 22, 2026 was surprisingly exceptional. I don't mean to be facetious but it was so hot that day I was expecting to be treated with the fatigue I see in customer service these days when people are burnt out -expectedly. But the gentleman at this station, were professional, friendly, energetic and full of purpose. The wait wasn't long and the service was excellent and thorough. I am pleased with the service I received from the two managers who oversaw my service and the technicians who also worked on my truck (Ford F-150). These guys need a raise asap! They also need a promotion. The absolute best employees work at this location at William Cannon Road near I-35. My car runs better and feels better.

The staff was friendly, efficient, and several employees I recognized from past visits continue to be very kind and helpful. Prices seem a bit higher than some alternatives, but the speed and efficiency can make it worth it. The only downside was that standard synthetic oil was out of stock, which was obviously not the mechanics’ fault.
