Had my Nissan Altima checked out for any fluids that might be needed! Was offered a bottle of water as soon as I pulled up by this nice guy only had to wait 1minutes till the young man checked under the hood and filled what was needed and adviced me I needed some oil unfortunately it’s there company policy not to fill it since I didn’t get the last oil change there, I’m glad he told me because I did not know u had to go where u got your last oil change !thats smart and I learned something from him sorry don’t know his but he serviced my Nissan what had me worried about the fluits since I d check them regular and it’s also fast service ! I will go there from now on the guys are people friendly. great customer and greeting services thank you 😊 guys⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I was just in there yesterday and I was totally impressed. They were all professional, up on dress code, and extremely knowledgeable. They greeted me when I got there with a bottle of water which I drank down in about 3 gulps because it was hot outside. They advertise a 10 minute wait to get an oil change and they aren't joking. That's the easiest time I've ever had at an oil change. I told the guy upfront that a woman had e-mailed me a coupon and he just asked how much it was for and proceeded to honor it. It really is all they advertise it to be.
Casey, Riley, and another guy (younger white male), had great customer service, and laughed at my jokes. As far as I’m concerned everything was great. He communicated extremely well informed me on my wait times and was focused on what he needed to do. Was slow to get there (there was like 6 ppl in front of me so duh) but once there he got me out as quick as possible. The second time I came back two days later (likely an issue with my car not their service) all of them stuck around to work on it to see if there’s anything they can do. It was an hour and some change after closing by the time i left and they were so kind and gracious. I also wasn’t charged for this which i am so thankful for since i just paid for my car to get out of shop a week or so ago for a different issue that had nothing to do with what’s currently happening.
