I was just in there yesterday and I was totally impressed. They were all professional, up on dress code, and extremely knowledgeable. They greeted me when I got there with a bottle of water which I drank down in about 3 gulps because it was hot outside. They advertise a 10 minute wait to get an oil change and they aren't joking. That's the easiest time I've ever had at an oil change. I told the guy upfront that a woman had e-mailed me a coupon and he just asked how much it was for and proceeded to honor it. It really is all they advertise it to be.
Casey, Riley, and another guy (younger white male), had great customer service, and laughed at my jokes. As far as I’m concerned everything was great. He communicated extremely well informed me on my wait times and was focused on what he needed to do. Was slow to get there (there was like 6 ppl in front of me so duh) but once there he got me out as quick as possible. The second time I came back two days later (likely an issue with my car not their service) all of them stuck around to work on it to see if there’s anything they can do. It was an hour and some change after closing by the time i left and they were so kind and gracious. I also wasn’t charged for this which i am so thankful for since i just paid for my car to get out of shop a week or so ago for a different issue that had nothing to do with what’s currently happening.
Had to come to 34th location bc manager Johnathan at Georgia refused to do my oil change bc he was only one there. I understand policy and told him I did not mind waiting. He then asked me to pop my hood and I explained he had to beat one hood to get it to open. He then claimed I had not popped my hood. I told him it was popped and he the got it up. Closed it and walked off shaking his head. I then told him I would be taking my business elsewhere. 34th location employees were wonderful! 5/5 highly recommend 34th location. Manager at Georgia should Not be in management.
