Neyland and Nolan provided excellent customer service and were very informative every step of the way. My only issues is I have a relative that works at a location in Knoxville and these guys do not get paid enough for what they do out in the heat.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ‼️ Had a great experience at my visit the other day. I went in for a standard oil change and was charged a fair price. Especially considering the customer service!! They performed a routine check on my vehicle and thankfully part of that was checking my cabin air filter….. which was in rough shape to say the least. I was able to have that replaced with very little added to my total cost with the oil change. I appreciate that they explained to me the difference in services/ cost and genuinely helped me pick what would be best for me. Obviously the goal is to have me make a purchase but i did not feel upsold. Thank you to your crew (i am unfortunately horrible at remembering names but who ever was working april wed 15th 6:30 yall did an amazing job 🙏 ) that’s another thing!! I had to come in just before they closed due to my work schedule and they were very kind to me about that as well. anyways- thanks again and here is a picture of my cabin air filter BEFORE it was kindly replaced. Maybe a reminder to check yours too? lol..
Everyone there was nice. Everyone there treated me with respect. It’s been the same every time I’ve gone. I don’t feel like an idiot when I leave there. That’s important when you’re a guy and you have no earthly idea what’s going on up under the hood. So be sure to let them know that. 👍
