These folks are awesome and I appreciate their help so so much!! My car was having oil issues and I accidentally put an extra quart of oil in because I couldn’t read the stick correctly and I tried to siphon the extra oil out myself and bought the wrong extraction deal. I said screw it and took my car immediately to my regular oil changing place and told them that I thought I had overfilled my car on oil so I asked them to please dump my new oil from a oil pan exchange from another company that left me tripping out wanting to save my care but they are beyond awesome. They were so kind and understanding to my freaking out and after I left I saw the guy who handled my job and he was buying a 5 gallon deal of oil and I told him that I was there to see if my engine light could be turned off and the man said that I could come back there and they would hook my car up for free and let me know what was up. I thought my engine light had come on because I had put to much oil in it and it turned out to be that a sensor must have been loose and broke all the way loose and the gentleman plugged my sensor back in and engine light is off and I am forever grateful!! These folks are so honest and they love Jesus like I do and I recommend these folks a hundred and twenty %. Thank you so much guys!! Y’all are amazing!!
Mike and I have the amazing opportunity to work with a very awesome gentleman, Neyland. Not only did he have a really cool name, but a really cool attitude. He helped Mike start a claim for an oil change (arguably one of the most important things you can do for your car) and when it was time to pay out. He provided me the same amazing customer service he gave Mike!
Jake Man and crew at this location are literally the best. They topped off my oil and all of my fluids, plus checked my tires and added air all for free. I was stressed because my oil was reading low and they checked everything to make sure I didn't have a leak or anything and put me at ease. I appreciate you guys thank you! Highly recommend!
