I had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change! The entire team was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly kind from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured into purchasing anything extra. The service was quick, efficient, and thorough, and everyone went above and beyond to make the experience a positive one. It’s rare to find a business with such great customer service these days, and I left genuinely impressed. The guy that assisted me was super sweet and happy to explain everything I was getting and NEEDING. My cabin filter and my air filter were so bad and my service shop never advised me these needed changed often and checked but he checked all things for me and gave me the best deal! I was very happy before I left so I gave him a tip for him help! I highly recommend everyone go visit the take 5 in Morristown on west Andrew Johnson hwy
I have gotten my oil changed with this company many times. I have been to several of the locations in Knoxville and most recently in Morristown. The guys that have worked with my vehicle have been informative and were just fantastic and Morristown didn’t disappoint. I pulled in and got greeted immediately with a water and a “hey how is your day going? What can we do for you today”. After further inspection they let me know a couple other things that would be beneficial for my car that I would have never thought of at that moment. Like a cabin filter (think that’s what is called), which was kinda gross and So I am pretty appreciative of that. Also made sure my tires had air in them. I was in and out in about 10-15 minutes long enough to finish my lunch and short enough to be on my way without being late to my next destination. I will definitely be back in the future!
