We had a rough start to our visit because they suddenly got hit with a rush, things became a little chaotic, and someone even ended up getting in ahead of us. On top of that, the 25% off coupon we came in to use wasn’t working at this location. What really stood out, though, was how the staff handled everything afterward. They honored the discount by giving us their own version of the 25% off, and they also gave us a separate 50% off coupon to use on a future visit. We also purchased a lower-end set of windshield wipers, but because of a unique issue with our vehicle, we needed the higher-end ones instead. They upgraded them for us and made sure we left taken care of. What started as a frustrating experience completely turned around because of the customer service. Mistakes and busy moments happen, but the way a business responds to them says a lot. They went above and beyond to make things right, and we will definitely be back. 5 stars!
The guy that assisted me was super sweet and happy to explain everything I was getting and NEEDING. My cabin filter and my air filter were so bad and my service shop never advised me these needed changed often and checked but he checked all things for me and gave me the best deal! I was very happy before I left so I gave him a tip for him help! I highly recommend everyone go visit the take 5 in Morristown on west Andrew Johnson hwy
The staff was very friendly, and quick service, I get the convenience of pulling in and that quick.......NO WAY should an oil change cost over $100.......but I knew this going in, guess I cant fuss that bad.....still WAY too high!! Your stickers left a residue on my tint and they recommend me to buy it and clean it.....that was my other issue!!
