Had a great experience with my oil change yesterday. Kirby was my technician, and he was professional, thorough, and friendly throughout the entire visit. He walked me through the services they offer, made sure I was comfortable by offering water, and got everything done quickly and efficiently. What I appreciated most was that I never felt pressured into buying additional services or being upsold on anything. The whole experience was straightforward and customer-focused. This is definitely my new go-to spot for oil changes. Highly recommend!

My experience was great the Attendant, I cannot recall his name, but he was a young man. He was very knowledgeable. He told me everything about my car even up, so some things in which I did purchase one, but at the end of my service, I commended him on how professional he was and how he was doing a great job job whatever training that’s taking place at this particular take five is awesome. Keep doing just that I will be back. If you guys can pull my record and see who my attendant was, please praise him of his great service and being five star take five Employee.

I was visiting from Dallas, TX, and this situation honestly had me pretty shaken. My oil light came on Friday evening, and by Saturday after running errands, my car started jerking while accelerating and the engine light came on. It was scary—especially being out of town and not near my usual dealership where I feel comfortable and taken care of. After trying to figure things out and even stopping at a local Memphis dealership that had already closed, I was worried about what this meant for the rest of my trip—and how I was even going to make it back to Dallas safely. That’s when I found this Take 5 location. From the moment I arrived, Alex stepped in and immediately made me feel at ease. He listened carefully, didn’t rush me, and guided me into the service bay. The team quickly checked everything and found the issue—my oil had been overfilled. They took care of it right there by removing the excess and getting everything back to the proper level. They didn’t make me feel embarrassed or judged at all, even though I was already beating myself up about what happened. Being out of town with car troubles is never easy, but this team made sure I was taken care of and could continue my trip with confidence.
