This was my first time using Take 5. It was recommended by a friend so when I got there (the Kirby Whitten location) at 7 am I was the first car. I was excited about that. Tanner was there by himself because one of the techs called in. He patiently explained everything to me, told me how much each of the items cost. He recommended that the cabin filter and air filter be changed. He actually showed me each filter before changing them and compared them to the new filters so I could see the difference. I was very satisfied with Take 5 and Tanner. He did an outstanding job. I highly recommend using Take 5. I plan on going back there for my next oil change.
Kai was so professional and helpful. I was going to Gateway at first but I’m glad I went here instead. I had to wait in my car throughout the entire experience but was offered cold bottle water. The entire experience was novel-worthy… Deon... epically helpful Kai... I’m guessing an overseer…he gave off management energy KC... epically helpful. Chance.... overseer Kaitie... the lady cleaning…even checked on me while Kai was under my car in the bay. It's literally like a whole concert in 95° weather… Everyone is working together and finishing with each other sentences. It's like they started a song and all of them have a major part and then when you get to the course it's like five part Harmony but celestial on a whole Nother level. Overall…great experience.
Came in after work one morning and greeted by Seth with a cold bottle of water which was much appreciated. I have been to a couple of different take 5 locations here and in Florida-Second time here at whitten road location. This one is gonna be my favorite. He was professional and talked me through everything and presented options for service. Grabbed a full synthetic oil change and an air filter. Took a little longer than 5, but Jason explained they were having difficulty getting the filter changed on my ‘10 GMC Acadia….not a very easy one to get to. The Winter Soldier would be the only one to change it without getting an arm burned since right under the exhaust manifold. Every car has quirks though, but this one has been reliable with proper and timely maintenance thanks to take 5 and a dealership mechanic I have on the payroll.
