I had such a wonderful experience! Chance was so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I really appreciated that he actually showed me what needed to be done instead of just telling me what needed to be done. That was super helpful and made me feel like I could trust what he was recommending. They were a person down today and apologized for the wait, but honestly, it was still pretty quick! Everyone there was working their butts off and you could tell they were doing their best to take care of everyone while still being thorough. Great customer service, knowledgeable staff, and pretty dang quick. I will definitely be using them from now on!

I would like to say that Chance and the team were a pure joy. Hunter completed my intake and the entire team at some point put their hands on my vehicle. They were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, professional and a touch of hilarious. Something needed for the exhausting day and the horrible experience i received minutes prior from another company. Although the price was more than i expected, I didn't mind because the customer service is unmatched. I drove from Jackson, Tn for an experience I will return for very soon. Shout out to shop 1105!! It made me want to apply and learn to change oil too. I'm tired of just being a girlie girl, I want to get my hands dirty a little. I'm sure my late grandfather would be excited to know lol. Only downside is i didn't find them sooner and the hiring position on the website.

This is the place to go for oil changes. These guys are onto of things. Its awesome to see a group of people all come together and just instantly know what to do. The communication between them all is great. You'll have someone checking the computer and telling everyone whatever code air filter they need or oil filter. How much oil and what type. They are super friendly and the umm manager supervisor person guy in charge. Lol can't remember what thr company considers thrm. He was awesome as well. He let thr guys do their thing. Made sure everything was going correctly as the oil change was going on. He did what one in a position of his should do. It was just amazing to see a shop that not only is just friendly with you but they explain what they are doing along the way. This shop has gained a customer for life. All thise guys need huge raises as well. This is how a business should run. Everyone else needs to take notes from these guys.
